"In reviewing this order i did have an issue or two.
First the order was for a front and rear 520 vortex sprocket, along with a pair of sidi riding boots.
I do admit that i messed up and accidently order the wrong front sprocket.
But i did make the order on a friday night and immediatly emailed that weekend after i had realized the error. Along with calling and speaking with a person.
Were i have the issue is that i was told that the sprockets were shipped out on that monday, and would get to me on that friday. So i booked and paid for a weekend trip for that weekend. The box did show up on Friday, but with only the rear!. The front, was shipped out two days after the rear in a seprate box......doesn't make sense!!!.
The other issue was that after i ordered the boots i recieved an email that the boots were on back order, and would recieve a 5% discount. I graciously accepted the wait. Then another email stating that they were an extra week delayed...ugh...gracously accepted once again.BUT the problem....i log into the website and they say they have them and the size i need in stock!!!!!....what's up with that.....jury is still out on whether i get the discount or not

I placed the order through the website on Jan 27 2010. The website showed that all items will ship in 1-2 business days. In reality, one item was on back order for a week and the other two (of three) is on a three week back order. I paid $247 and to this day still do not have my products. I called yesterday FEB 11 to find out some sort of status and my chain came in, but my sprockets will not be ready until FEB 22 at the earliest!! My account with them shows that everything has shipped from supplier. I do not plan on ordering from kneedragers.com again, in fact I just spent $800 with another company that carries the same products.
23Feb2010 - called Supersprox directly and spoke to Matt. They had not even received an order for my part from Kneedraggers. Matt says wait one more week.
01March2010 - still no sprocket after over a month now; a week after KD promised the part. Talked to Casey at Kneedraggers. He checked on my order and...Casey says he will have me one shipped up from Texas in a week!!
If Casey can get me a sprocket in a week that the rest of the company could not get me in 5 weeks then that guy deserves a big promotion! If the first guy I talked to (Ken at KD) would have just done what Casey is doing then this review would have been positive. I hope somebody at KD reads this because I will make sure to follow up.
09MAR2010 - Casey is the MAN!! I called to ask for an update and he told me it was in my PO Box. Walked across the street and there she was!

"I picked KneeDraggers because they had free shipping and the price on one of the the products was $6 cheaper than the other place I was looking at buying it from.
After having completed the whole process, next time I'm going to make sure they have the product IN STOCK because it took them a week just to ship the item... the other store guaranteed they had it in stock, and offered free shipping as well (and it was BETTER shipping - USPS Priority Mail vs. KneeDraggers' UPS Ground).
To me, that $6 savings was not worth the wait. For this particular order, if I could go back and do things differently - I wouldn't order from KneeDraggers."
"I had a problem locating this certain brake pad with another vendor that I had a gift certificate from. I callled the manufacturer (Galfer) and they recommended Kneedraggers.com as a vendor who could get these certain pads. I called Kneedraggers.com and told them of my problem with the other vendor and that they were recommended by the manufacturer. They seemed a bit hesitant at first to order a part that was not in their stock, but they did. It was reasonably priced. It came very quickly. "first of all, I really liked and honored to be ur customer... I've recieved the goodz i ordered in a good condition, ur website was user-friendly; so was the process and payments and customer service.
Processing the item (prrior to shipment) took a little bit more than I expected, but I am absolutely sure that you guys did ur best, but I hope for more effort to be done in this matter.
