Everyone's been more than helpful.

This last time, I remembered, about an hour late, I needed another item and called back asking that it be included with the first item to save shipping costs.

I was assured it would.

Surprisingly, while the billing reflected it, two separate packages arrived.

To me, that's above and beyond customer service and that's why I look no further than you folks when I crash the race bike and need stuff.

It wasn't until the 4th day that the tracking number actually had any useful info tied to it. This was after the site said "Availability Confirmed: AVAILABLE
Ships today if ordered in the next * hours and * minutes!". I wasn't in a hurry to get the jacket, so I didn't bother to see why it was taking so long, but 4 days to ship out a product is a bit lengthy, especially after saying it's going to ship the day it was ordered."
