"We had a great knife set delivered to our door by the Post Office and called and said it wasn't ours, to please come back and pick it up. After this experience my husband said our knives were very dull and that we needed a new set. He wished that we could have kept the previous delivery, but of course that would not have been right. "I ordered a knife then I decided to exchange the knife since I wanted a slightly different model. I moved residencies and I told knife center to ship the exchanged knife to my current address instead of my old address (an apartment complex). I was extremely explicit about where I wanted the knife to go. Knife center sent the knife to the wrong location. I contacted knife center when I realized that the knife went to the wrong location and knife center said there is nothing they could do. I contacted my old residencies and they do not have the knife (I assume someone living at apartment took the knife). I am currently out a $300 knife and knife center said tough luck. I am very disappointed with the integrity of the company. "
