"worst logistics department I have ever worked with. I ordered a knife and accessories online. I received confirmation of the order and that it was correct. When I went online to check the status of the order found it had numerous items on it I did not order and upon checking my credit card had been charged over $150 more than what was quoted.
I called customer service and was told their system merged 2 orders and just send back for credit what I did not want. They offered up nothing to make it right other than put the burden on me. I told them to cancel my whole order and will never order from them again. Shame on them for a treating a repeat customer so poorly and having such a poor logistics system."
