Handles grip is the perfect one. I throw it too very well with no-spine fashion from 3 meter. I bounced knife once at concrete wall. Everything is quit good. I like this knife very much, and I think, the next one will be the Mini-Tac Kiradashi, and Scottish Spike, because I very like Cold Steels Excellent Quality, and Knife Centers Service - friendly, fast, secure, and good prices for shipping to Europe. "I ordered an Ontario Marine Raider from knifecenter and the grinds were bad one side was to grinded off at the bottom making it uneven and weaker, so they sent me a UPS label to mail it back and then they sent me a new one, even on the new one though there is weird uneven grinds on the blade. This is not the first time i've gotten an item from knifecenter.com that turned out to be not like i'd expect for a new item, and had something wrong with it, i ordered a riflemans hawk from them before that had an uneven unaligned blade and had to send it back for a refund. I don't know if knifecenter has low prices because they sell factory seconds, or if someone in they're warehouse is specifically targeting me to send undesirable items that always have flaws."
"Buyer beware! Where is my order? I see that most of these reviews for this site are over one year old, seems like Knifecenter has taken a turn for the worse. Placed an order two weeks ago, all the items in my cart were listed as "in stock". One week later and I receive an email stating that one of the items is still on backorder. They stated that the item should be in stock by the end of the week, then they would ship the entire order. One week later, same old story, and I still have not a single item that I ordered. Ok, Knifecenter, let's take a page from any modern internet retailer's shipping book. Ship what you can, and then send the rest without an additional charge. To make things worse, this business is located in the Metro D.C. Area, the SAME location where I live. So much for customer service! They will definitely not receive any further business from me!"

"After a bad experience with another online knife seller, I found this site. They are awesome! Even though they may have slightly higher prices than somewhere else (although generally pretty darn close to the cheapest), their customer service and excellent business practices make up for it ten-fold.
I have ordered a few times from them and everything that was listed as in-stock shipped the very next business day. Everything came exactly as ordered and within 2 days, which is pretty darn fast considering they're located in MD and I'm in CA!
A couple of the knives I just didn't like very well after I held them. I called to ask if I needed authorization to return it. They said no, just mail it back with the invoice and why you don't want it. Full refund, they day they received it!!! On two separate occasions as well! No restocking fees, nothing. Full refund. Well, I did have to pay for shipping, but honestly, that is to be expected.
I will never hesitate to order from them. The guy who answers the phone is friendly, not to mention, he answers quickly! No waiting around! You are not charged until your order actually ships either. The only other merchant that even compares would probably be amazon. "

"This online store specializes in knives and I must say they are really great to do business with.
Back in February, I ordered a Lone Wolf folding knife from them during a week end, and my credit card was only charged when it shipped on Monday. This fact alone is worth mentioning, too many online merchants tend to charge you even before they check if they have the item in stock.
When I received my knife, however, I noticed a small defect so I immediately called them on the phone to ask whether they wanted me to contact the manufacturer directly or if they would take care of it themselves. They never tried to get rid of the problem and instead asked me to ship the knife back to them for an exchange. A few days later, I receive an e-mail from The Knife Center saying that because they were out of stock for that particular knife they would refund me while they wait for another identical item to come in. I have not received my new knife yet, but I received another e-mail last week informing me on the status of my order.
