"Ordered an HP Laserjet 4250tn printer via web site. When the printer didn't arrive when expected, I checked the status of the shipment, expecting to get a shipper tracking number. To my surprise, there were a bunch of comments left there stating that they didn't have the 4250tn as a whole, but could ship a 4250 with the extra tray and network card separately (which would in effect make it a 4250tn). They were waiting for me to give them the ok to ship it as three parts, BUT NEVER E-MAIL OR PHONED ME TO ALERT ME THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE ORDER. Consequently, my order was delayed over a week. After leaving notes giving them the ok, e-mailing them the same, and then calling them. The order was shipped and arrived as expected.

Great pricing, but I wasn't pleased that they didn't notify me that there was a problem with the order."

Called to check on order and was informed the item had not shipped but would ship with expedited service.
Item never shipped, so I requested that the credit card charges be reversed and the order cancelled. I was asked to wait 24-48 hours but charges were never reversed. After several days I called again and the charges were still not reversed.
Company still has not reversed charges!"

"This store is a nightmare to work with. I needed to return a product and they didn't get back to me eventhough I was sending emails and leaving voice messages twice a day. When I finally reached someone I was told they couldn't help me because too much time had passed. I called the manufacturer to find out if they could help me. I need to exchange my product for a more expensive version of essentially the same thing. I come to find out that they are not registered resellers of Watchguard products. I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't registered resellers of any product. For those of you that don't know, that means they aren't an approved vendor of the product. I will continue to tell my coworkers not to do business with them. What good iis a company if hey can't help you when something goes wrong? And it looks like they have a tendency to make mistakes."

"I ordered 2 Acer desktop computers from LA Computers and before ordering online, I called them up to confirm that they had them in stock. They put me on hold for a while and said that yes, they had them in stock. They lied. They don't have them in stock and never bothered to call me or email me to let me know what was going on.

I tried calling but you just get put on hold forever.

At least they haven't charged my credit card.

Don't even think about doing business with this company. They probably don't stock anything, just drop ship stuff. They seem like a pretty shady operation.
