"If anyone is thinking of buying from this vendor ..... DON'T. They shipped an incomplete order of used equipment (HP Procurve switches sold as new OEM). They refused to admit it was used and said they would only credit for the 4 switches I never recieved. I have made over 20 phone call to them (jason and lui)and could not ever actually get this credit. I am dealing with my credit card company almost 3 months later still out about $3000.00! I wish I had read these reviews before making this mistake. "

LACC sells returned/defective items.
Customer service is a joke.
Purchased HP C8531A and shipping 5-10-06.
Received device 5-15-06.
Device was defective. It would not lift 500 sheets of paper. This device was obviously a returned/damaged product.
Requested RMA 5-15-2006.
RMA 0515-0238446 was granted for replacement.
Replacement was to be shipped to me, I was to return defective device in box.
5-22-06 called to see where replacement was.
It did not ship. Told it would ship today.
5-30-06 called to see where replacement was.
It did not ship again. Told it would ship today.
Requested REFUND and placed order with another vendor!
Issued same RMA and told to return device.
I paid shipping again.
6-9-06 LACC received the device I shipped.
6-20-06 LACC refunded $130 less than purchase price. I was charged a return fee!
Contacted LACC to see why and was told the device was not defective.
I lost a significant amount of time and money on this fiasco."
"I purchased an item from this company and waited a few weeks without it being shipped. I called them and some sales rep said it was a direct ship and I would receive a full refund that day. I didn't receive a refund, instead, I got the product (I no longer needed) a week later. I called them up for an RMA and couldn't ever talk to "the person" that did RMA's. I finally got a hold of someone and they took forever to get the packing slip to me since it was their mistake they shipped it to me. After they received it, the refund took 2-3 to "process" and they charged me to ship the item back. They may have good prices on some things, but the customer service is the worst I've come across."

"I ordered a HP printer stand from LACC's website. It was show in stock and available however I received an email the next day stating my order was cancelled because it was "Out of Stock". If it was out of stock how come they took my order. The previous month I also tried to order a new HP duplexer from them. When I tried to pickup the order they said the duplexer they had in stock was already gone. They said they could ship me one from another warehouse, but then I would incur both shipping charges and local taxes (adding $100+.) They are using deceptive tactics by pricing items so low but not having them in stock.
I would recommend that anyone considering them save their time and look elsewhere for more reputable vendors."

I purchased a refurb printer from them about a month ago, the printer arivies Dead on arival. so i call customer service and they say fine ill send you an rma. no rma, but i do get a call from cs needing the serial number which i provided. still no rma. weeks go by and i call up and the cs reps says "yea i was just looking at that, ill send it out right away". no rma. i send an email letting them know i was getting nervous and either the send me an rma or i will have the credit card company reverse the transaction. still no rma. obviously this company is not concern with customer satisfaction. id say if you order and the product works, you in luck. just dont expect them to ever stand behind there product."

"Horrible Experience. I ordered a PNAS2000 with overnight shipping. They called within a couple of hours and said the item would ship the next day because they had to format it. Six days later I had not received the item. I tried calling several times with no answer and they would not respond to emails. I finally got in touch with someone and he said the item had not shipped and he did not know why. He was polite and cancelled the order for me and apologized. He said he would fax a cancellation confirmation. I never received a confirmation. I called againg the next day and was told the order was cancelled and it was impossible to send me a confirmation by email or fax. Stay away from this comapny. They are amature and un-organized. They may have slightly cheaper prices but it is not worth the hassle."

"I ordered a HP 5550DTN printer, clearly indicated on my receipt, but received a lesser model 5550DN instead. Attempts to talk to someone at LACC are futile.
HP has attempted to call LACC in my behalf to resolve this, even though LACC IS NOT AN HP AUTHORIZED RESELLER, and HP has also been wonderful in trying to help me work through this dilema.
Bottom line: LACC has been downright fraudulent with my purchase."

"Very hard to contact. They dont respond to emails or phone calls. If you call to check on order please use the option for sales otherwise they will never pickup. And if the pick up they will give you circles and blame their vendor. they sell stuff that don't have in stock. Please be carefull with this company. Call first to see if this works better for you cause the web did not work for me."
