"overall EXTEMELY positive. staff is great - very caring and nuturing, but would like more education, STEM or STEAM acitivities, less sweet snacks and more healthy options"
"Our initial tour was toward the end of the day when many of the parents were picking up their children. We were able to see the close-knit relationships between staff and families. All of the staff were very friendly and had personal details about each child to share with the parents as they came in. The tour was very informative and we were encouraged to ask questions and take as much time as we wanted during the tour. We felt very comfortable during the tour and plan reserve a spot for our child in the fall."
"La Petite has been wonderful! The teachers and staff are attentive and engaging. I am constantly amazed at how orderly, yet still nurturing, the infant room is! The Precious Status app is great, and the teachers do a good job communicating any problems, observations, and advances. I feel completely comfortable leaving my baby with them everyday!"

"Overall, I feel this is an average facility. The quality provided is not up to the level I would expect at the amount paid compared to other schools in the area. The majority of the teachers are genuinely interested in the well-being and development of the kids, but it's clear that some additional training is needed for the staff. My child enjoys going to school here so I don't want to remove my child, but I need to make the best decision and provide my child with the best opportunities for being prepared for entering school."
"I was happy with the tour and the school. However, I was not happy that the information provided to me during my initial call to the 800 number was so inaccurate based on the actual information of the school. I was told when I called the 800 number that I could enroll my infant part-time (turns out that the school only offers full-time care for infants), that there was a wait list for infants but would generally have an opening within a month (the director indicated that this would not be the case), and that there was no registration fee or fee to be put on the wait list (there's actually a $160 fee). The tour was great and the school very nice, but in the end I was hugely disappointed with the misinformation provided to me over the phone."

"Great! The staff are very friendly. The food is varied and healthy. I love the activities that my son gets to engage in, and I can see him learning and becoming more social and improving in so many areas. I have recommended the school to many friends."
"Great school and great teachers, although some better than others. 1- Sometimes I feel that the teachers look tired and maybe irritated by the end of the day, and are no longer very responsive to my child's behaviors or needs. 2- Diaper changes should probably be a bit more frequent and more comprehensive- my child often comes home with a dirty diaper (stuff leftover from earlier) and/or diaper rash. 3- I absolutely love when precious status is frequently updated, though I find that the intensity and frequency of updates are not consistent week to week or day to day. For example, sometimes there's lots of updates, and other times there's none. 4- Lastly, I wish snacks were a bit healthier, like yogurt, hummus, veggies, cheese, fresh seasonal fruit instead of fruit bars, goldfish, etc. I can appreciate the logistical difficulty of providing everything I've commented on, but do think small adjustments can make a big difference. Thank you for the opportunity to comment!"

"I've been very please with our overall experience at La Petite. The staff provide a loving environment for my son."
"I neither love nor hate this school. The turnover is atrocious, but my older son is happy there and I like my younger son's teachers. I have no idea, beyond one person, who my older kid sees daily. The communication is so poor it's beyond the pale. When my oldest kid went from infant to toddler, not one caregiver told me that they would no longer give him bottles or that they would switch his naptime. He had a terrible few weeks, including some injuries because of phased out high chairs and the like. Had we known, we could have gotten him ready. Overall, it goes back to the idea that they don't tell parents enough to be a true partner in any sense of the word whether in learning, potty training or transitions. But I do think that they care about the kids, and that matters more than the former, which is why he is still there."
"overall EXTREMELY happy with this school. very pricey, but all staff are great - friendly, professional, compassionate, involved and knowledgeable. Very accommodating to all parents' needs and desires. all very attentive to kids, and both of my kids have learned TONS since being enrolled. really appreciate the daily updates, pictures, status updates, and seeing all the work they do at school and homework sent home. i have recommended this school to many friends and colleagues. truly truly love this school."
