"Returning a battery was a nightmare Customer service is poor. Count yourself lucky if you can actually speak with someone. The customer service rep. insisted that they never received the battery back. I sent it insured USPS which only has an internal USPS tracking number. Since Laptop Battery One could not track it themselves, they were not going to refund my money. Only after I submitted a dispute with my credit card company, did they refund about half of my money. For a defective battery (only held a charge for 40 minutes), this is not the way to do business. Very poor customer service."
