"I ordered a laptop battery from Laptop Battery One on October 11, 2012. When I had not heard anything about it being shipped, I check online on October 17th. The status was marked "pending", so I called the Company. After waiting on hold for almost 30 minutes, I spoke to a rep. She asked me to hold on while she researched it. Ten minutes later, she said that she had no information as yet and would like to call me back. I said OK, she never called. The next afternoon, October 18th, I called back and after another 30 minute hold I reached the same person. She said that "they" never got back to her yesterday. Once again, she asked me to hold. After 10 -15 minutes she came back and said that hey were unable to get that particular battery, but would offer me the 9 cell enhanced version at 10% off, which was roughly $3.00 more. Not that the $3.00 is a big amount, but after all the aggravation, I asked her if she could just do it for the same price. She said she had no authority to do so, but if I hold yet again, she would check. After another 10 minutes of hold, she came back and said the best she could do was $2.05 more. Is this splitting hairs? I cancelled my order and will never do business with this company again!. My advice: Go somewhere else for your battery needs!"
