"No, I am not a happy camper. It has been more than a week and I still have not received my battery. I have contacted the delivery people (USPS) and their records say it was delivered Saturday - NOT TRUE. It was supposed to have been delivered by last Wednesday/Thursday. So I can't give you an assessment of the battery itself as I don't have it yet and am highly upset that I don't. Then I contacted customer service and was told that my shipment was delayed because they were waiting for the product from their supplied. I stated that since they weren't going to meet their initial delivery of Wed/Thurs, they should have sent it overnight. I was told that the cost of overnight shipment woul dhave been more than the cost of the battery. I think a happy customer is more valuable than the cost of overnight shipping cost. I voices my displeasure and was told that if I wanted to, I could purchase the battery somewhere else and return the one purchased from them once it is received."

"Ordered an extended battery replacement for my Acer portable on-line at their website. Received an order confirmation email but after about a week I still did not receive a "shipped" email. I called and the short story is that they no longer carry the 10,400mah battery. They offered to supply one of a lower mah if I wished (same price) but I said no thank you. They did refund my complete pay pal payment. The customer service was good."

-Shipping was quoted for 7-10 days, it arrived in 2
-The Battery was a perfect fit into my laptop's battery slot
-An extended 2 year warranty was only an addition $5

Cons:
-The battery was delivered with only 60% of the stated capacity: 30wHrs out of 48
-The battery's health was reported as "fair," and every boot-up brought a warning about needing to replace the battery soon
-The battery reached 0 out of 100% very quickly, prompting the system to initiate it's critical power level action, but would continue running for another hour on 0% if powered on, meaning the controller on the battery was damaged

Seemingly great product and service - resulted in a completely unusable battery.

Update: Received a RMA and return postage label in 2 days of request. Sending in the battery for a refund. Rating revised from 2 to 3 stars."
