"Ordered a replacement screen for my laptop, as it starting going to the fritz. I expected delays in shipping due to COVID, but it got here on time (2 days after I ordered!). The screen was packaged very carefully within multiple padded envelopes. For my laptop a quick install, but it fit perfectly with no issues and has worked very well since installing.

Customer support was also very clutch, responding very quickly with a concern THEY noted and wanted to double check with ME about.
