"I use computers but I don't understand one thing about them. My screen was acting weird so I bought a battery if that tells you anything. When that didn't work, I looked up screen issues for my lenovo thinkpad laptop and discovered it may be my screen that was the problem. After watching 3 videos on how to replace the old one with a new one, I reached out to laptopscreen.com. I tried to find my screen and was not confident. I reached out with all the info and they gave me a link to the correct one. It arrived a few days later, so tightly packed there was no way it could have been damaged in shipping. I carefully took the old screen frame off the laptop and tried to pop the old one out. My laptop screen was connected at the top and the bottom and I had no information about fixing that. While I tried to figure it out, it slipped and became disconnected rather abruptly. I worried I broke it. I proceeded and was able to reconnect the new one crossing my fingers I hadn't broke it. Good news. I was able to replace it successfully. I am grateful to laptopscreen.com and proud of myself. I am glad I bought the suggested tool set, I needed it."
