"Just ordered two iPaq battery packs (253514-B21) for $59.00 each. Received confirmation e-mail right away and will be shipped two-day UPS. Will keep you posted...

Update:
Just received the package (as posted), very well-packed, documentation and in good condition. The batteries are as advertised, installed in iPaqs, charged overnight and are working properly. I must say I'm surprised by the low price for these battery packs compared to the next lowest price of $79.00.

"Laptop battery for Dell Latitude CSx (new with one year warranty). Purchased on January 31, 2002. The battery life diminished, and by December 2002 was only holding a 10-15 minute charge. We called LFL on 1/29/2003. They agreed it was broken and was under warranty. A new battery was cross-shipped out promptly. However, the replacement battery did not work out of the box. It would not charge, and the LED indicator on the battery did not function. After attempting to charge several times to no avail, we called them back. At first they (Paula, CS rep) seemed eager to provide a refund. Upon being passed to a supervisor however, we were told that they provide no warranty whatsoever for replacement products, even those that arrive DOA. She said that in the case that a product was not broken they usually return it to the customer. We asked at that point for them to return our original product to us (since it at least had a 15 minute charge) but she said that it was already sent off for repair, thereby agreeing that the original was indeed broken. She was extremely rude and told us that this was a 'blatant attempt to get an extended warranty on a replacement product' and *hung up on us*. We understand that if the battery was working on arrival, even if it had died in a week we would have accepted the fact that it was no longer under warranty (our 1 year warranty would have been expired). However, the replacement was completely DOA and they did nothing to correct it and were also very unprofessional and rude. Please, under no circumstances order from this reseller. Thank you."
