"Price for Archos MP3 replacement battery was good. Shipping was free and fast. Installation instructions were good. Included screwdriver was the wrong size and would not do the job. Battery did not fit and had to be modified. Customer service was not helpful. So far, the battery is working fine. Overall, mediocre quality, mediocre customer service. A handyman's store. Don't buy if you can't adapt things to work. "

"I purchased what was billed on their web site as a "Sony" replacement lamp manufactured by Sony. They sent me a replacement lamp manufactured by someone else. When I tried to return it, they told me there would be a restocking fee. I will not do business with these idiots again"

I bought a battery for PDA. They said screwdrivers are included to open PDA, but they sent wrong screwdrivers to me. I called, they said they don't have the driver! and they don't send me the screwdrive. I Never buy from this seller!

"A/C laptop adapter advertised as compatible with Compaq R3140US laptop, was not. Plug was wrong size. Two attempts to reach the return department to get an RMA have been met with recordings. I"ve left my name, phone, and invoice number with a short description of the problem, but over three days, no one has returned my calls."

"I purcased a battery from laptops for less for my Canon Digital Rebel. I received a noticed it was going to be shipped by Federal Express. I checked the Fedex Website. It never shipped. I attempted to call Laptops for Less. They never answered the phone and I only got an over full voice mail box. I called the BBB. They contacted Laptops for Less. Laptops for Less never contacted me. I had to contact the credit card company to sort this out and get the charge reversed."

"Bought a replacement Toshiba Laptop AC Adapter on 11/19, and I was promised same day shipping using FedEx 2 day at an outrageous amount of 9 dollars, their cheapest shipping rate. On 11/22, received an email from FedEx saying information was given to them from Laptops For Less. Checked again on 11/24, and FedEx reported that although they got the information, they still did not have the package to be sent. As of 11/30, I had not received anything nor notification of this purchase. Called them on 11/26, 11/28, 11/29 - but could not reach a sales representative and was routed to a voicemail that was full and unable to receive messages. Sent an email on 11/26 that went unreplied. Tried emailing again on 11/30 to a different address to which I got a phone call reply immediately after it was sent. Informed me that the product was not in stock, and they would not receive it until 12/3, meaning it would not arrive to my door until 12/5. Very unhappy, as website said they had 12 in stock when I purchased it. I cancelled order promptly and ordered same product at another online vendor for a cheaper price and free shipping."

"Displeased! I feel that I was misled by Laptops for Less on my purchase of two printer ink cartridges. The photos on the website are CLEARLY of OEM HP printer cartridge boxes, complete with the two-digit HP identification numbers. (20 and 49 in my case) Only on much closer inspection did I notice they airbrushed the tiny "HP" logo off the image, apparently to prevent a lawsuit...

What came however are cheap imitation printer cartridges by some Chinese company which may or may not work. These were bought as a gift so I'm not sure what the performance will be after actually being installed in the printer.

Simply put, I feel the photos on the website were misleading. Be VERY careful of anything bought from this store.

"Ordered a laptop battery and when it arrived (late) it didn't work. Was sent a replacement that worked for two months and then stopped working all together. Was promised a refund. Mailed back the battery two months ago and am still waiting for the refund. Called Customer Service today and was told the battery never arrived, they suggested it was lost in the mail. Outrageous scam. Am out 146 dollars and have nothing to show for it. These scam artists are not to be trusted."

"This is a SCAM WEBSITE!!!!

They show a picture of one thing then they dellver another. The returns department is completly unreachable. I ordered a new power cable for my Nomad Zen. What they had pictured on the website was the same cable that I currently own. What I receved in the mail was a power cable, with a hand made sticker on it that says Nomad Zen, when I try and plug it into my Nomad, it doesn't fit. On the recpt it says there's a $10 restocking fee for all returns.

From what I can gather, this is a scam website, they make money on returns after they ship you the wrong equipment. Don't use them.
