"After a rocky start with this company, no confirmation on order..and no answer until I posted this review. I finally received my DLP television lamp this past Wednesday. It took over 3 weeks to get the package from original order date.
On the other hand, the product was correct and the replacement lamp works perfectly so far. The Tv is as good as new. So this whole experience was a very mixed bag."
"Buyers Beware!!! Coordinating with this company for a warranty replacement Sony TV lamp was the worst experience ever!!! It took almost three months to get the replacement lamp. Probably would not have received it that soon if I had not contacted the Better Business Bureau. When the replacement lamp was finally received, it malfunctioned as well (the lamp shined so low, I can hardly see the characters on TV. If I was a betting person, I would bet this was intentionally done by laptopsforless). I finally gave up!!! I was not going to wait another three months."

"I have had slightly mixed results with Laptops for less; certainly the batteries they supply are good; and on my latest order I am still awaiting delivery, but that is still withing the time expected.
On a previous order, one battery was placed on "back order" but the shipped paperwork said it was included, I never did receive that battery, and I have been unable to get e-mail or phone contact with them ( I live in Botswana, so it is difficult ). Despite that I am still happy to ordr from them."
