"I ordered a helmet and by my mistake I ordered the wrong size, not to bad but a bit big. I was told my size was available in an upgrade version of my helmet. I was very excited so I immediately sent back my original purchase at my cost of $44! Once they received it they sent me an email stating a refund would be given... nothing else!!! I then emailed them back asking when the new one would be sent out, I was then told they do not have my size!! not an emails saying "we are out of stock in your size but expect your size to be in next week and we will ship it then." nothing... just a refund. I appreciate the refund, but when your told the produce is there, an spend $44 to get the correct helmet, i would expect better. Sorry to ramble on, but don't tell your customer you have the product and then not have the courtesy to tell them you don't. i will spend my money elsewhere to purchase anything i may need in the future."
