"I have used Leatherup.com for years and have neve had this much disappointment. My girlfriend and I went on a planned trip and wanted to purchase new gear for the ride. Girlfriend is a size small, size 7 boot and I am a medium, size 10 boot. We started our purchased and return fiasco 6 weeks ago. The website needs major improvements on inventory control and should only list items that are available and the other thing is it should list the sizes available and not make you go through all of the fonts to find out they don’t have your size. The website leads you to believe they have much more inventory then they actually do. So, here is the game they play, you go to purchase what you have purchased before, guess what, not in stock with no date or restock or they have two size 14’s. Then you go to purchase your second choice, out of stock!! So on to the third choice, order the item and know goes the $10.00, at my expense and time return game because the items don’t fit and there is absolutely no consistency to the boots sizes or gloves. Never had a chance on women’s jackets and vests because none in stock. I am glad Leatherup.com is doing well and sends so many emails but they need to step up and get the inventory levels much greater to match their level of advertisement. Their overall products are good and last but are useless if you can’t purchase them. We finally had to go to brick and mortar stores to find the items we needed. Please note, we are not rookies to mail order and purchase lots of clothing on line from much better managed and stocked sites."
