"Ordered m/c helmet at great price, only they did not have what I ordered in color so sent me another color that they had in stock w/o a prior notice. Had to leave 3 messages before they finally got back to me and then gave me the option to send back. Told them I liked the helmet but had ordered a different color to match my m/c and since I had no other choice but to wear it before I finally got authorization to return, I would not be returning it as I did not do business that way. A day after that, I finally got an explanation that they had ran out of color I ordered and an apology stating that they had wanted pics of paperwork so they could track down who filled order with wrong product along with a 15% off next purchase. Not exactly the way I prefer to do business since I had bought many products from them the last few yrs and they usually send a coupon for a % off next order anyway. Was happier with the wrong color helmet than I was with the service I had gotten from Leatherup.com as a returning customer. "
