"Good product, good price, good service"

"I was very hesitant to order a helmet online. After reading the reviews and seeing the pricing on LeatherUp, I decided to give it a try. I measured my head carefully and repeatedly. The measurement showed I was on the high side of a Large. I ordered an XL thinking that I'd be able to wear a rag underneath. When I got the helmet (in good time and good condition) it was way too small. Now I have to send it back at my expense and hassle. Too bad--looks like a decent helmet."

"We had to return two helmets as they were wrong size (our fault) and while it cost us to return the merchandise, they did acknowledge that items were received and one larger helmet is to be deliver today. We have to check as the other requested helmet was listed as backordered but then we received an email stating that an credit was being issued to the card we used to purchase the helmets. May have to select another design??"
