"Hello ,I made a purchase but unfortunantly had a issue with the product . I spoke with customer service on two accasions.
The costomer service agents where very helpful in quickly resolving the issue. They where very polite and had great knowledge about the product as well as the companies policies in resolving these issues.
I later recieved a followup call from one of the agents just to assure I was a satisfied customer.
I am very satisfied with the support and service I received from the cusomer service team. I will be glad to forward this information to my family and friends for they'er future electronic needs .

"Pathetic Company. No Customer Service. I had ordered NEW PS3 system. Got OLD; OPENED; USED PS3 system. On wanting to return for which I was will to pay the S&H. The customer service was so rude and unhelpful. I was told that there will be a 20% stocking charge.
This is so absurd, first I order a new system; get an old opened system in the mail; and then I need to pay the S&H for returing along with a 20% stocking fee (for lifting and keeping the box on a shelf to be shipped to some one else similar to how they ripped me)
Worst experience ever with an online company. Never going to recommend or buy anything from them.

"Dealing with Legend Micro has been an absolute nightmare. Customer service lies repeatedly claiming that the problem doesn’t exist because they can’t replicate it and that I ordered a refurbished monitor. Nothing on the webpage I ordered from or my invoice indicated the monitor was refurbished. In any case a 1 year warranty was provided with the refurbished Samsung 2493HM LCD monitors they sell so I sent it for repair or replacement. They send me the same defective monitor back to me 19 days later! The monitor continues to turn off and the on screen settings change, without anyone touching them, when a nearby cell phone transmits. It’s almost useless and now they are refusing to give me the new monitor I ordered or honor the warranty they provide on their factory reconditioned monitors. "

They shipped the unit double-boxed (the original box inside another carton), with all necessary accessories. I'm very happy with the quality of service and the product, and the price was very reasonable."
"This is the worst company ever. I bought a "brand new" sony ps3 from them for my sons's birthday. It arrived and was clearly used. It was dirty, scratched, all the original seals on the box were broken. AND IT DIDN'T EVEN WORK and had no controller that was suppose to be included. In regards to comment from seller below... They did not respond same day. They responded today 8/20. I inquired more than a week before then. They only responded after I did a CC dispute. However they seem to be taking care of it. They blamed it on a mistake and it must be a unit that was returned by a customer to Circuit City. I still don't see how you don't notice that all the seals are broken, the unit is used and half the stuff is missing in the box."
"I purchased a new Nikon D40 camera at the lowest online price. The camera was promptly shipped (for $1) and I had it six days later. I am completely satisfied. The camera was in new condition and as advertised. No high pressure sales job. This is an excellent company to do business with."
"Ordered a new Samsung BDP-1500 Bluray player. The player came quickly via UPS shipping and appears to work fine - it also appears to be new.
There was no extra packaging or protection for the player, however. The player came in the original box, which was badly banged up.
The player appears to work fine and arrived with all accessories and warranty info on time, at a very good price. However just be aware that your package will not get any special protective packaging.
Update: July 30: My Blu-ray player has now stopped working. Have contacted Legend Micro by email and now awaiting a response."
"Purchased a factory refurbished Samsung T240HD HDTV/monitor. Order processing was slow, but shipping was much quicker than expected. Item arrived in excellent condition, one small scratch on the bezel was easily buffed out and there were no dead pixels.
My only complaint is that instead of a printed manual, I received a copy of the PDF manual burned to an unlabeled CD-R.
I'll definitely be purchasing from this company again."
