"Just received my second bad Samsung 2233SW monitorfrom them. This was after dealing with the absolute WORST customer service dept. I've ever encountered when the first bad one was sent to me. This time I got "I'll e-mail you an RMA in the morning". Odd, they didn't need to bother with that on the first bad unit...
As of 12:00 today still no email. So I call, and get "Boris". It seems "Boris" must have been having a bad day. He tells me that "if I was told I'd have an RMA today-then I'll get one". When I tried to point out that I had already been promised one by morning he then inferred that perhaps it was I that was making his faulty merchandise not work. Here's the thing: I paid for a working monitor on Sept. 4, 2004. Today is Sept.21st-and I still have NO WORKING MONITOR. And it seems I am dealing with the absolute rudest bunch of a-holes on the planet! Now I have to wait until they send me an RMA and their bad unit must arrive back to there before I get a refund? Hey Boris, wonder what my Visa bank will say about this?

"needed a particular refurbished monitor, purchased via buy.com but accidentally ordered ground, contacted Legend Micro directly and Boris Dubin fixed the problem, monitor arrived next day - but did not work! Would not stay powered on more than 10seconds.
Quickly issued RMA, and shipping label. Next week received full refund, including the next day shipping charges.

"Purchased a Samsung 2333HD 23" Widescreen 1080p LCD Monitor w/ Built in TV Tuner from these guys through Buy.com. Haven't gotten it yet, as Legendmicro requires a "signature at the time of delivery", so I missed the TV the first time a delivery attempt was made. Spent extra money on shipping to have it routed to my retired parent's home so that a live person would be present to sign for the box. What made me most angry is that they don't tell you that the merchandise MUST be signed for in person when delivered. So if you have a job and can't sit home all day waiting for UPS to deliver, you may want to order from someone else."
"I dealt with Boris Dubin in this order. I dealt with him once, which nonthelss does not temper my good opinion of the quality of service. The guy is efficient, straight-shooting and no-nonsense sales person. He responds to emails fast, executes orders quick and follows up. No waffling and no excuses. Need I add that he stood to make zilch in this order? It was a disparagingly small order that never disparaged Boris to accord it full attention. Add to that, he had to ship it to Canada, eh! "I ordered online on a Sunday evening because I needed the product by the end of the week and the site implied that orders received before 3 PM would be shipped that day, so I expected my order to be processed and shipped Monday. I checked the site Monday afternoon and it showed the order was in process. On Tuesday morning it said the same thing, so I called customer service and spoke to a lady who sounded as if I was interrupting her coffee break. She said the order was being processed and would be shipped that day. I checked the status on the site later that afternoon, and it still showed in process. I called back, got the same lady, same attitude, and asked her why it didn't go out yet given the language on the site. She said that the site says orders will be processed in 24-48 hours and they were backed up on Monday so it would go out that night (Tuesday). Their site says clearly that orders received after 3 will be processed the next day, implying that orders received before 3 WILL go out, and tracking information may not be available for 24-48 hours.
Today (Wednesday) the site showed that the order has been shipped, but the tracking number was not recognized by UPS. At 7:00 this evening I got an email saying it had been shipped with a different tracking number. When I checked the UPS site, the order was picked up Wed. eve after hours and is in process and will not arrive until Tuesday June 1 with signature required. Great. I ordered it so I would receive it by the end of the week because I will be out of town on the 1st, and to top it off they shipped with "Signature Required" which is not standard for UPS ground. Now I won't get my item that I needed for my trip, I won't be here to receive it, and no one will be here to sign for it, so who knows what will happen.
Needless to say, I won't order from these guys again!
UPDATE - Legend Micro responded to my complaint and I got a call from one of their managers who was very concerned with my dissatisfaction and sincerely apologized that they did not meet my expectations. He helped me set the situation right. All companies underperform at times, but what they do about it is critical to me, and Legend Micro did the right thing. I will definitely do business with them again as they handles this situation appropriately."
"I purchased a "new open box" LG TV from this company. The TV came yesterday and it is broken (shuts off and on randomly, HDMI plug will not work and now there is no sound). I contacted customer service via several e-mails and telephone and they refuse to replace the item. They want me to contact the manufacturer to come fix the TV but I purchased it from their store. It is absurd that the SAME exact date I receive the TV, it is not functioning. Obviously they are in the business of selling defective TVs and scamming customers by making them go through the manufacturer. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as this is ILLEGAL! I am demanding a refund. BUYER BEWARE!"
