I was a bit nervous about what I would get as this was to go on Safari, so I rented one day early just in case I would have to scramble to a shop at the last minute. I didn't need to worry: the kit (100-400 zoom and 1.4 extender) arrived on time, packaged superbly and in excellent condition. The zoom even had a decent protective filter installed.

The return process had a minor hitch when the courier company failed to collect but this was all sorted out the next day and at no extra cost.
