"I needed a better lens for my camera to take some photos of a football match being played under floodlights. I'd done plenty of research on this and had a good idea of what I was looking for. Unfortunately for me that would mean shelling out £1500 on a lens for a one off occasion. Lenses For Hire offered a much better option for me. A few email exchanges with their staff confirmed my idea of which lens I would require and once I checked it was available I put in an order, which cost me a fraction of the price buying the lens would of. The lens arrived very well packed, and when I returned it I was able to use the same packaging . "This was my first experience of LFH and it was a very pleasant and efficient one. I wasn't at home to receive the equipment so it was taken to the local CityLink depot which i collected that night. Nice too see that all 3 pieces of equipment were well packed, the lens especially. All were in good condition and worked well. I returned the packages to the MailBox address in Maidenhead, which was also extremely quick and efficient. Like a couple of others have commented, it would be nice to have the option of a separate delivery address (i'm never at home during the day and travel all over the country for work so don't really have a work 'address'), but i appreciate the difficulties where expensive equipment is involved. That aside, all in all a very happy rental."
