"No, Lets talk let me down. I placed an order that they randomly decided to audit. I had to call them, when they should have called me, because i called on 4 occassions in one day and waited 20mins and finally someone called me back but they responded like they didnt know why they called and hung up on me. I immediately went to Wirefly, the same phone was $80.00 cheaper, the order went right through and i called them to get a responds and 30 seconds into my wait they answered. They were very helpful. Lets talk processed my order without the security protcol they said they were making, but i cancelled the order. I think they are so full of themselves that they dont need new monies. But they do need better customer service. The End."
