"I placed an order for the HTC One on Sprint's Network via Let's Talk on Monday April 29, 2013 at 11:00 EST.

Per the website, I thought I would get the phone in 1-2 days since "most orders places before 2PM PST ship within 24 hours". As it turns out, the phone wasn't even in stock at the time I placed my order. Interestingly enough, the company took my order and put a hold on my credit card for the invoice amount, even though there was no phone in stock to ship. That annoyed me as most reputable places do not charge (or place a hold on funds) until the order is shipped.

I waited 2 days to call and inquire on the status of my order, as I received NO communication whatsoever. On Wednesday May 1, I was told that the rep was placing a note on the order and sending a message to the warehouse to find out what was happening. The next day I called since the order status still hadn't updated and was told that the "team leader" was going to contact the warehouse and see what was happening and would call me back in about an hour. I waited 3 hours before calling again only to be told that the previous 2 reps couldn't do what they had claimed to be doing and to find out (FINALLY) what the hold up was.

On this last call I was informed that an order was due the next day, Friday May 3, 2013. I made the lady note on the account that if my phone wasn't one of the orders that would be fulfilled with that order and I didn't see any update showing my order being shipped that day, I was going to call and cancel the order, which is what I did. At the time of cancellation, the estimated ship date was Monday May 6, 2013--and that was only an estimate--most likely it wouldn't have gone out until a later date based on the past few days' events. That would have meant over a week would have passed from the order date until the shipping date, which was totally unacceptable to me.

What was worse was the fact that NOT ONCE had I been informed of any of this happening and even when the company knew that it could not fulfill any more orders on time, the phone was STILL SHOWING AS AVAILABLE! This was a total failure on the part of Let's Talk, and has certainly left a sour taste in my mouth. Totally unacceptable way to conduct business in my professional eyes, as an accountant and business consultant.

And for the record this was my 2nd order from them in the past 2 1/2 years after having no complaints with the first order, but the poor service and communication--not to mention the fact that even more people will be subject to this sad cycle since they are still accepting orders for a product they cannot deliver--just is beyond being overlooked.

"I have ordered my wife's and my phone from letstalk the last two times we've upgraded. The first two times were great. This time has been a mess. I have not been able to speak to a person at the company on several different occasions. 20, 40, 90 minute wait times is what I encountered. The phone I ordered this time did not ship or arrive in a timely fashion. When it became apparent it would not, I tried to let them know that I wanted to cancel, and I couldn't find a way to communicate that to them. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend them at this point, which is unfortunate, because I have recommended them several times over the past few years. "

"My brother's current cell phone was effectively shut off when the new phone I purchased for him was actiated by the seller. He had not received the new cell phone yet so that left him with nothing. His old cell wasn't working and his new cell was at the UPS office waiting for him to pick it up. Just a tiny snafoo but nonetheless, it was inconvenient for him. My phone was fine, I activated it and everything works beautifully.

I was told by your representative that the power cord for my Samsung Convoy would work on the Convly II I purchased from you, it didn't. Even though they're both Samsung Convoys, the power cords are completely different. That was disappointing. But all-in-all, they're great little phones and I bought them at bargain basement prices which almost obliterates the few problems I did have.
