"When phone arrived at my house (4/23) I followed the enclosed directions for activating the phone which did not match up with what was on the phone screen. The phone said I had to insert the SIM card first, which I did. It failed activation. I called the number on the yellow instruction sheet and the message said they were closed (found out later this is not a working #). This was at 12:30pm in the afternoon. We sometimes have a weak Verizon signal so I took the new phone back to my office and again tried to activate, which also failed. I then tried a different phone number on the packing list and after waiting for 61minutes, was able to reach LetsTalk. Female told me the SIM card was fried and that they would overnight a good one to me that day. On Wed. the card had not arrived so I called back and was told that it shipped out that day (Wed) and I'd have Thursday. That female told me to call when the card arrived and before I put it in the phone. Thursday (4/25) the SIM card still had not arrived. I called and spoke to Marcia and she told me the card was never shipped because I had tried to activate the phone at the Verizon store (NOT TRUE!!). I had not gone to the Verizon store. Person I had spoken to on Wed lied about the SIM card having already shipped out. I have acquired an RMA and returned the phone via UPS. I will never again purchase from Lets Talk. I have since purchased the same phone from Best Buy. LetsTalk employees I spoke with (except for Marcia) were not truthful and didn't include in their computer notes what had actually transpired and what they told me. I had been without a working phone for over a week due to this fiasco. Once I got my new working phone from Best Buy, I had a message from a Loretta ***-***-****) at Lets Talk accusing me of trying to activate the phone at Verizon. I was absolutely irate when I heard this message. This would have been the third phone I've purchased from LetsTalk but I am no longer a repeat customer!"
