"Had to call verizon to get my phone activated because it was not setup correctly. The customer service numbers that were listed with the paperwork and invoice were not helpful. Was kept on hold for a long period of time & the other closed in the middle of the day on a business day with no logical reason. Verizon had to resolve my issue."
"My experience with LetsTalk was terrible. I ordered two phones that were showing to be available on their site, then waited over a week inspite of their "free overnight shipping" just to find out that my order had been backordered and availability became "unknown"!!! The only reason this information became known to me is because I kept checking on the order status, not because LetsTalk had the decency to inform me of this. Why it took so long to have the status updated is beyond me. Then to make matters even more annoying, I call customer service just to get someone who obviously doesn't speak english as a first language so I can't understand them through their accent!!! "
"I've used them in the past and they have never disappointed. I am really happy with the price of phones, and the speedy delivery. I ordered my phone on a Thursday at around 11pm and received it at noon on the following Tuesday. I paid $135.00 for the Samsung Galaxy Note II from here. Verizon wanted 300.. Uhh no? Couldn't ask for more. I will recommend this site to anyone!"
