" My experience with this company started great. I ordered a set of upgraded sway bar links in gloss black. Immediately after receiving them, my mechanic instructed me to return the rear links. The links were too short. As instructed, I emailed Lethal Performance. When I didn't receive a response, I called and received the correct support email address from a service rep Shane, after going back and forth answering his questions for over 2 weeks, sending him photos of the links as requested. I was told they couldn't be returned. These were unopened and hadn't been installed. First, he said it was past 30 days. Then when he realized he was wrong, he said they don't accept custom parts back. Mind you this item was not painted for me. When I called to order it, they told me they had a black one in stock and would have it sent out immediately, which they did.
This company didn't want to refund me or give me an exchange of equal value and gave me the run around in emails for 2 weeks.

I was mainly trying to figure out why these didn't fit, but for the return:
As of right now, we are putting a temporary hold on returns/cancellations. The reason for this is because of the contest we ran during the Months of March, April, and May for the 2022 Mustang GT. While we gather the entries to send in for the drawing, we cannot continue to accept returns/cancellations. Once the contest is concluded and we find the winner, we can then look into your request if still needed.
We can still do exchanges of equal or greater value if you wish to do so. But, there will be no refunds until after the giveaway is over.
If there is anything else I can help with in the meantime, please let me know.

I understand, but the parts were still painted to order, so they won't accept the return, sadly. I had this same issue with another customer earlier this week.

They just got back to me:
"This unfortunately is not within return policy as it is a custom color, and sits at 40 days since delivery."
Also, "If the customer is stating these links are too short, It is likely he purchased for the wrong vehicle. These links have been on the market since 2006 with no changes."

"Lethal always have what Im looking for, and have informed and helpful agents to assist with technical and purchasing choices. Giving 4 stars instead of 5, for the annoying "Signature required" Shipping. This should be an option that the customr can select, not forced. I even requested that this requirment be removed from my order and was told that it would be, however it was not. This forced me to have my package held a Fedex hold facility, which delays the delivery and is inconvenient. Add this option to a drop down on your website. "
"Ordered and received the 2.3L Bronco performance Tuner.
Followed the instructions and registered and then downloaded the Performance tune.
Went to my local Ford Dealership and made an appointment to have the tune "professionally installed" to keep the warranty.
Had to explain 3 times that the tune was already downloaded and all they had to do was "plug and play" (which they finally did.)
About 30 or so minutes later they handed me back the tuner, my keys and the invoice. I paid with points, way too many points but what the heck was I going to use them for anyway.
Throttle response is pretty darn good, way better than it was. It's a 2.3L so it's not gonna win any races except with another 2.3L non tuned Bronco but it is what it is.
Is it better? Heck yeah! By way of example: I live in the "boonies" and when you turn off the main (small country) road onto the street/road I live you have to travel a couple hundred yards up a semi steep hill. Before the tune I would manually down shift to 2nd gear (auto trans) to keep from having to floor it or just let it labor up the hill (annoying). Post tune, up the hill with no downshift and just slight throttle input and lickety split to the top of the hill..."
