"If the item is in stock, great! If not, it seems they feed you lies to get you not to cancel. After 6 weeks from order placement, I emailed customer support about status. They said they called the mfg and it'll be in stock in about a week and a half. That days blows by....nothing. I call again, this time they said they called the mfg and they'll have "31 units in stock at the end of the week". Another week rolls by...nothing. I call the manufacturer--the units are backordered for 2 more months! So all this time I've been fed lies. I called Lethal and said I wanted to cancel. They said sure but no action. I then contacted my credit card to dispute the charge."

"Don't purchase from these guys as their customer service rivals the CA DMV. Tried to cancel an order since they sent it via a bus since it took almost 7 days to get here and they wouldn't reroute it. Fine it gets here a week later I take it directly to the post office not opened in any way. I pay to get it back to them in 3 days and now they deduct $20 from the refund for who knows what. They don't give a rats a$# about the customer whatsoever..."

"Everything you can buy on this website can be bought somewhere else for cheaper and delivered with better service anywhere else. I spent $1200 on an bbk exhaust and bought it from lethal performance. The listing page had no warning that the exhaust wasnt even in production and it was made to order. They only emailed me after the purchase telling me it would be 3 weeks until shipped. This was disappointing but oh well 3 weeks go by and it ships. What shows up is a set a headers in a completely different paint/finish than the Chrome that was pictured and titled on the listing. The welds on the catylitic converter were completely burned through, you can actually see light through the holes in these welds. The o2 sensors cant even be screwed into their holes because they intersect each other based on the way it was welded into place. It's basically a $700 paperweight. I contacted lethal performance support about it , they said there is nothing they can do about the finish on the header's except start a return. No replacement. They told me they would reach out to bbk and its now been 2 and a half weeks without a response back. I then realized their support team has no intention to help me with this and gave bbk a call directly instead. I was able to sort out a replacement with bbk directly but only after 6 weeks from the day I purchased the exhaust. Lethal performance has done nothing but waste my time and money then deliver me a bad product. In hindsight I would just recommend if you're buying parts for your car to buy them straight from the manufacturer and dont ever deal with the middleman distributor websites. "

"I bought a carbon fiber trunk liner for my '17 Mustang, on sale for $449.00. There was a gray box, with blue and white lettering, which read FREE SHIPPING ON THIS ITEM. I also ordered the carbon fiber center console side panels for $273.90, with free shipping also. About two months after they withdrew the money from my bank account, I still had not received my items. I called to see what was going on with my order, which totaled $722.90. I was told they screwed up, and if I still wanted them the items I purchased, it would cost me $1,085 and change. I sent them a nasty email, letting them know my disgust, and got an email from Blake, whom said he would see what he would be able to do for me. He said he could give me $185.00 off of $1,085. I told him that it was still way too expensive, and cancelled my order. EFFIN' SCUMBAGS!!!"

"Ordered wheels, told it would be 6-8 weeks. Ordered in time for Christmas present. We are now going on 7 months. They took our money but still no wheels. They will respond and say they are working on it, the shipping logistics are being worked out and drag you along more but DO NOT TRUST THEM!! They are liars and scammers!! "I did prior business with Lethal Performance in 2015 and 2016.

I accidentally ordered the wrong part for my vehicle. I contacted them while the part was being shipped to me to confirm I might have ordered wrong part they confirmed it.

This is what a return consist of with Lethal Performance. You can not open the package (understandable), you have to pay return shipping (understandable), they want you to pay for a 10% restocking fee (questionable since the part has not even been unpacked or unopened) and whatever it cost them in shipping to you, which in this case was free, but still have to pay for their shipping. (absolutely ridiculous).

So basically Lethal Performance wants me to pay around $100 out of my pocket to cover a 10% restock fee on an unopened part that is just going back on a shelf to resell and for their free shipping to me. Absolutely absurd and last time I ever do business with Lethal Performance again. There are many other Mustang businesses with the same parts with better return policies..

"Overall my experience was good, But there is something you need to know! their website does not display real time inventory so what you're looking at might not be in stock, but you are given a warning msg to call and make sure the item you want is available! Their Customer Service was great! They answered the phone every time and I was never on hold for more than 5min. I would definitely order from them again especially because they have the lowest prices I've seen, the reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is because they had a little hiccup with my shipping! But yeah go ahead and give them a try!"

"If I had known 1st and foremost, that these guys were basically a 3rd party company, and don't actually stock anything, I would have took my business elsewhere. I bought a $300 magnuson supercharger idler assembly, and paid for an extra $40 2ND DAY AIR shipping. Only to wait a week, with absolutely no parts showing up whatsoever. I reach out to them, and was told that they have to get in touch with magnuson to see if it's on backorder.
Seems to me like if something is on backorder, magnuson and Lethal Performance dropped the ball on communication. Asked if I'd still like to leave it as 2 day shipping. Uhhhh why? Did I recieve it in 2 days? Nope. And it's been 16 days now, and I'm giving them 5 more days to come up with my dam* parts, or else someone's coughing up a return.

"I order the Comp Cams MK112-305-11 kit from them back at the beginning of May of 2021. Didn't receive my item after one month and called. I was told it would be delivered in September due to manufacturer's backorder. Called again after September 2021 and I was told that there was no expected date for delivery. I was advised to call back in a few weeks. Today is the 7th of January 2022 and I got the same verbiage. I don't want a refund because the item has since gone up in value by a couple of hundreds of dollars across all stores on the internet. Therefore, I am writing this review for others who think about purchasing from Lethal Performances. I would find another store to purchases your high-performance parts such as Jegs. Other places offer military discounts too."

"I purchased from them for years, but man, the customer service has gone so far down hill, it's surprising to me that it's still the same company. I bought an item that was well over $1000 from them, and went a whole week without any notifications, emails or tracking numbers. I reach out to see whats going on, to find out that they took my money, IN FULL, for a part that they didn't even have in stock, and when I asked when I would receive tracking info for the item, I was told that the manufacture would "possibly ship in about 4 weeks", so no actual set dates, just guesswork. They are more than happy to take your money, but then when you actually wan't the item you ordered, or let alone some tracking info, they will do absolutely nothing and pass the blame onto the manufacture. So I got my money back and ordered the same part from another website and got it in 3 days flat. This place is a huge disappointment, because they didn't always ****... but they sure do now. "
