DW 400 fuel pump

"Bought a DW 400 fuel pump here 9/28/20 which out of the box overheated and hardly could start my 2019 Mustang GT up when warmed up. Still waiting for my refund after I sent it back to them & being walked down "the yellow brick road"!
I bought another DW 400 to replace this 1 from LP... from SUM....MT no problem GT ROCKS!!
Never will do business here again. American Musl, CJ Ponnnnie, SU MIT or JEgG's..i have bought over 20K w these guys IN high performance aftermarket products..roush, steeda, bmr, etc...never a problem had to send back one coil pack bulit by Granaelli..no issuies either..Lethal..death metal kill ur dog eat ur KAT music on hold for customer service while listening to how we provide superior customer service..LMAO!
I am f..duckkk over for $262.62 DW 400 malfunction fuel pump & $180.00 labor cost twice and shipping, being JRK OFF by LETAL P. Customer Servive and my tme and headache. NEVER AGAIN!

Ships with FEDEX signature required only

"Why use the worst shipping business in the US? Let alone signature required (Especially during a Biohazard lvl 3 Pandemic)

The Fedex drivers never deliver the packages, leave tags to sign etc. My local Fedex has a strong track record of poor service.
3 times i've had to drive 40 miles to get my package because of the Fedex/Signature required option. Due to them not willing to correct the shipping company will never order there again, don't blame them business is business. Very frustrating experience but no worries here, plenty of other places to purchase automotive parts that don't use terrible shipping services/signature required on sub $100 orders.

No longer question or check, I just order!

"I've spent well over 12k$ now thru lethal. I questioned things at first and wondered if I was getting the best value for my money. I'm not interested in the cheapest price even though I usually always get the lowest I can find. I'm more interested in pre and post sale tech support, customer service, and everything else that follows.

Lethal is knowledgable and customer satisfaction is amazing, I can get an answer about anything at any reasonable hour within minutes.

I will continue using them for my twin turbo s550!

"I've been using lethal performance for all my mustang parts from my old 17 gt to my 18 gt350, and I always had a great experience. I normally FB message Logan for deals for the parts I'm looking for. He has always beat any prices I've seen or been quote at. I cannot stress enough how much money I've saved or how easy the process has been even when messaging for quotes at 9 at night. I highly recommend Lethal Performance to any mustang enthusiast looking for the best customer service with the best parts available. "

"call for part salesman said he called whipple to verify it was right part i asked if there where sure said yes got part didn't fix go figure. requested to return i was charged 20 % fee n shipping free ($62) out of pocket bc salesman didn't check. return took 25 day to hit my account this is after i emailed to follow up. "

Lethal performance fails again

"So I have ordered stuff from them only when its "on sale" because their prices are nuts. To try and price match with them is like pulling teeth. When you actually get someone on the phone, they kind of reminded me of some d i c k head kid making 8 bucks and hour at the local auto zone. Basically, that means s h i t t y attitude, minimal knowledge and really didn't want to be dealing with problems on the phone with customers.

They have this point program when you buy something, its worth so many points. These points are used as credit(discounts) on future purchases. I racked up like 4k points through a few purchases. Well, what they dont tell you is that they expire after so much time. I made a recent order and this time it said that i earned so many points for my purchase. I was like cool. I can definitely use them. Then I find out from them that I cant use the ones from previous purchases. I stated that I've spent thousands with them on many occasions. Could we re-authorize them? I was told not no, but hell no.

Right then and there I got a little irritated. Not just for that but for the feeling of "this is typical of lethal". I had issues with them in the past. Especially with shipping. It takes FOREVER to get what you've paid for. I logged in a few minutes ago and saw that my recent purchase is now "ready to ship". That's really s h i t t y. I ordered something from summit because they were cheaper than lethal. Even though lethal had it on "sale". Point is, the piece has already been delivered to my house and I ordered it 10 minutes after the lethal order! If summit can get an order on Monday and have it delivered from Alabama to Virginia by Thursday, why couldn't lethal do the same? Both were ordered with free ground shipping. This all made me remember all the orders I've done with them over the years. Same. Took forever and long waits on phone calls from s h i t t y people to be politely told to get **** e d.

That's the end of my rant folks, and its the end of me doing business with lethal. Id rather pay more somewhere else than deal with their bs. Don't do business with them..unless you're bill gates. I'm sure if I had billions they'd all line up one by one. American Muscle, Late Model Restoration and Dallas Mustangs are far better companies to deal with. Trust me. I've probably purchased 200k worth of mustang parts in my life. I've had 6.

Lethal Performance - Lethal Customer Experience.

"I ordered a T56 magnum from Lethal Performance on a Monday. They said delivery was going to be Thursday or Friday. Called on Thursday for an update on tracking and the transmission hadn't been shipped due to an admitted error on their end. The rep apologized but offered nothing for compensation. I cancelled the sale. First and last time I order from them. Called American Muscle and told them the story. They priced matched and guaranteed delivery for the next Monday. Lethal Perfomance brags that their shipping times and customer service are why you should buy from them - FAILED on both. "

Still haven't received my order- 22 days later

"Ordered long tube headers a month ago and nowhere on the website did it say that they were not in stock and not ready to be shipped out, so a week went by and I called and asked where my order was and was told it would be shipping out that week. That week passed and still no tracking so I called back again and spoke to someone else who said they would ship the following week in the middle of the week, same thing happened order never shipped but was told when it did ship they would be able to give me three day shipping. Then I talked to someone else who said my order was shipping Friday the 15th and guess what it didn't ship. Called back Monday the 18th and was told it was shipping then but I couldn't get expedite shipping and guess what? It's Tuesday the 19th and it still hasn't shipped. It has been 22 days since I placed my order and I was ordering it as a Christmas gift (plenty of time in advance) and now it wont be here. The worst part is I have called so many times that I don't even want to call again and bother these people because clearly they can't/won't do anything about it. They should really put on their website if something you order is going to take multiple weeks to ship, there was no estimated delivery or anything and usually their orders ship within 1-2 days as I have purchased from them before and was expecting the same this time. I am just beyond disappointed with this company. I am absolutely furious and will NEVER shop with Lethal Performance again."

BEST in the business

"I reached out to Jarod at lethal in regards to some parts and he walked me through any questions I had about them even if it was telling me not to purchase an item as it would later not be whats best for my set up down the road. I am 6 hour time zone difference and hed even help me in the middle of the night after business hours. they are very knowledgeable and very competitive when compared to other businesses. Id highly recommend purchasing through lethal before any one else. great product and even better customer service"

"Would definitely shop with Lethal Performance again. I purchased a new Whipple Supercharger along with all the supporting fuel mods for my 04 Cobra.
