"Staff don't stand behind their words of what they promise to sell/ship. Had to spend extra $108 because of their "error". "
"Great products and excellent service with fast shipping. I plan on ordering more from lethal performance. "
"Easy to find the parts I needed on the website, easy ordering process, excellent installation support videos, excellent customer service, and just generally cool people to work with overall! What else could you ask for. Team Lethal forever!!!"
"Bought the Livernois Motorsports exhaust for my 19 f150 with 3.5l Ecoboost. Exhaust is great quality, sounds a lot like stock with just a little lower grumble tone at start up and idle. I'm impressed, exactly what I was hoping for. Fast shipping and the price was quite a bit lower that other sites! Great service and communication! Will be buying from you again and recommending to all my friends... If I had any. Lol"
"Thanks again Lethal Performance! "

"When making decisions about buying performance parts, more times than not, people seem to gravitate for the best price. The challenge with that is a concept called price vs perception, in which, there is a perceived value for the purchase you made. Additionally, for a lot of shops I have dealt with, I think not enough emphasis is placed on customer service. Im not going to trash other companies here, but several I have worked with in the past, do not live up to the hype they generate and more times than not find ways to always have an excuse as to why they were unable to deliver. I think sometimes they fail to remember, the customer is why they are in business then customer becomes an excuse or an afterthought.
My perceived value in dealing with Lethal Performance is high.
While I have spoke to others at Lethal, Duston, has been my main point of contact for all my purchases for my 2024 Mustang GT Premium. The odd thing here is I'm buying parts for a car that I ordered and dont even have possession of as of yet. I have spent about $13K so far, there about. If I had my own company I would make every effort to steal Duston from Lethal. Without taking away anything from anyone else I have spoken with at Lethal, Duston is extremely knowledgeable, he does what he says hes going to do when he says hes going to do it, I don't always get a discount, but when I can get 5 % here or there, he offers which is helpful. The reality is one should not always expect a discount. especially from a shop like Lethal. As a reseller and not a manufacturer, Lethal's margins are small, so any discount they provide is a gift. And Duston calls me back when I call and he cannot answer. He gives me the impression he wants my business, and for that I am happy to give it to them. There are so many lessons that other shops could learn from Duston. Perhaps without knowing, he projects customer service as something that is important to him, and I respect him greatly for it.
If I had to find a complaint about Lethal it is this. Testing is extremely important to me as a customer and I enjoy watching the videos that the owner does on his new Mustangs, Jared is funny and animated which I enjoy. However, If I may suggest, and it is time consuming, if you are going to install a $10K blower on a car, we as customers want to know how much power the blower made on its own. To add a bunch of other parts then post a number doesn't say anything about the power the extra parts made or the real numbers the blower made on its own. Items that can have a positive or negative impact on engines making more than 700HP include, Long tube, Exhaust, removing cats, to say a blower made 833 RWHP, and you had all these extra added parts, pretty sure there's more than 33 hp in the extra parts. I would not take this as a complaint but more of an observation. An approach of, installing a blower, running on a dyno, to get base numbers, now for every change after that you do a dyno run, to show the improvement of adding the part which makes it easy to make the sale. If you have a part that is not adding power, let the customer know, be that shop, and then don't sell the part. Again its an observation not a complaint, Its your shop Jared and you can run it however you see fit. I do enjoy the videos and information we get from them. While it shouldn't be the case, a lot of customer like to add HP numbers based on a part and sometimes perhaps they don't understand it is the culmination of the parts that made the difference, but when you are getting over 700HP, we need to know, was one header better than another, an exhaust, filter setup, whatever the case.
I will continue to be a customer of Lethal Performance and encourage others to give Lethal Performance serious consideration for all their performance needs."
