HORRIBlE Customer Service

"Worst customer service ever! Bought a simple cargo mat ($100) that turned out to be the wrong size, so I had to return it and re-order the correct one. I made the mistake of re-ordering first, and it has taken literally months to: 1. get the RMA authorization form (they sent several emails mentioning the form, but none containing it - their computer system was having problems is what they said); 2. actually getting the refund, now a month since they received the part back through FedEx. I have called, and don't even get me started on their phone system, and have been told someone will "get back to me with an update" twice now. My next step will be to call Visa and get them involved, as Lexuspartsnow is unable or unwilling to handle a very simple return. I would NEVER do business with them again, and DO NOT recommend them."

Horrible Customer Service

"I emailed a question about a part, which nobody responded to for 2 days. So I called, only to be told they couldn't help me. So I texted and the customer service person started filing a complaint on my behalf because nobody responded to the email I'd sent days before. I told her I didn't want a complaint filed, I just wanted to know if a part was compatible. She said she couldn't help me and directed me elsewhere. I sent another email. The response I got listed part numbers, but did not answer the question as to whether or not the part would work. Vague, unhelpful, snide customer service that reads off a script and does not stray. If you want to be treated like a robot by someone who acts like one, these guys are for you. "

Scheduled to be here Sat. Nope.
Sunday! Truck shows up Sunday. I help the driver look for the package? Nope.
Part arrives Monday. Please use USPS on items when you can.
FedEx and UPS both ****.
Note, use better tape. outer box was coming open.
I was able to open outer box with one hand.
