"I've spent almost $3,000 in parts from Lexuspartsnow for a customer vehicle. Fender shipped to me with a large golfball size dent clearly due to lack of packaging protection. I've been waiting well over a week on instructions for what to do about returning the part while my customers car sits. I ordered some engine covers as well for this customers car along with a radiator upper support. The upper support was not even bubble wrapped, so the metal was scratching up the plastic engine cover during shipment and is not scratched up. THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF PARTS WITH PACKAGING. BEAWARE.
