I reply to their email after a few days asking if it’s in stock as I haven’t heard anything from them. They send me an email saying my order status has changed and that I have to reply to “this” email so they could process it? What? I ordered and paid for it, why would I have to respond to an email to process it? It should be a given. Bizarre. After a week, my order is still not processed."
