I definitely appreciate that Liberty is not afraid to replace malfunctioning appliances as opposed to just applying band-aid fixes."

"Our Air Conditioning Drain was giving us problems on and off the past few months. Liberty dispatched a nice repairman, his name was Ryan. He spent about an hour looking at the system and the drain, which he opened up and was able to identify the cause of the problem, which was an angle on the PVC pipe due to calcification. Ryan went ahead and replaced the pipe then and there and we have not had an issue since. Great work Ryan! Thank you very much!"

"We just completed our third claim using Liberty’s services. John did a great job creating the claim and ensuring we were kept informed throughout. Liberty Home Guard replaced our refrigerator without issue. We just paid our deductible and the rest was covered by Liberty Home Guard. My only constructive criticism is that the 17 days it took to complete the claim was longer than we would have liked. That said, everything was organized and the replacement options they offered were great. Overall, I am very pleased with the service, which is why I am leaving this review."
