Amazing and courteous service!

"The customer service team at Liberty consistently takes the extra step to ensure me and my family’s needs are accommodated. Our water heater stopped working just before cousins of ours were staying over. The Liberty team, shoutout to Nicole, made extra efforts to get the process expedited and they were actually able to get a repair-person over the same day. Unfortunately the unit needed to be replaced but he was able to complete that replacement two days later. All in, it only cost me my $125 deductible and my savings were about $800."

I am absolutely happy

"I am absolutely happy I have chosen Liberty. Four days after enrolling, my HVAC unit failed. I was stressed because I knew home warranty companies are quick to deny preexisting issues. I called the rep who signed me up, who explained to me (again) how accomodative they are when it comes to claims. He helped me go ahead and file the claim and even though it took 12 days, when it was all said and done, they actually completely replaced the unit and covered it in full. I was shocked and it was way beyond my expectations. It was a really, really positive first experience with them, and I would definitely recommend Liberty to any homeowner, their subscription is worth every penny."

Definitely recommend.

"Liberty Home Guard is the first home warranty company I’ve dealt with that provides real value without adding a ton of headache. Yes, I’ve had another provider that also cover items the way Liberty does but they would take weeks. Or I’ve had a provider who got me a technician quickly, but denied all my claims due to nonsense. Liberty doesn’t sacrifice coverage for convenience like the others, which is why I plan to stick with them for the long term and renewed my policy locking in a 5 year rate. I would recommend them to anyone who owns a home."

Liberty Home Guard is the WORST...

"Since I opened the claim on 11/4/2022, I have yet to see a technician at my house.

The first technician told me he charges a service fee, which I told him Liberty Guard pays you. He said he will not come to my house unless I paid him, so I immediately contacted Liberty right after he called me, to explain the situation. They told me they would get with the technician to remind him they would pay the service call. 4 days passed, no one called me back.

A week later, Liberty dispatched a different company out. The Gentleman called me and wanted to know exactly what the fridge was doing, I told him the compressor was not engaging. He asked me to stop the fan so he could get an idea of what might be wrong before he scheduled a visit. After gashing my finger opened for doing what he asked me to do, he said yes, it's the compressor. He told me he would get to my house the next day between 10 am to 3:00pm, and he also said if it was the compressor almost all home warranty companies would not fix it because just the parts alone would be over $500.00.

I waited at my house that whole Saturday, November 12th. My grandsons had a championship football game that I miss, and this man NEVER showed up.

I've been without a refrigerator for a month, all my food was lost. I made accommodations, I stored my food in coolers. After 2 weeks of it being in the cooler, it was time to throw it out.

11/29/2022 was all I could take; I cannot live without a refrigerator. I had to purchase a new one. Nothing fancy, just similar to what I had. the low end to what I had, but it's better than not having one sitting in the middle of my kitchen broken. Policy states they are not responsible for lost or spoiled food, I get that. Problem is it's expensive to go to the store daily to purchase food daily, and also expensive to have to waste left overs because you do not have any place to store left overs.

I'm very disappointed with Liberty Guard, this is the second time I've been let down by your company. Last November I called about my dishwasher and it's still not fixed. I just thought maybe it was an off time for your company. For the past 2 years, if someone said they were looking for a better home warranty company, I always told them about all the great experiences I had. This right here has completely changed my mind. No one should ever have to be without a refrigerator for a whole month waiting for your insurance to help you.

Here is the receipt for the fridge I purchased yesterday that will be delivered today. This was not the direction I wanted to take, since this is another note I will have to pay each month.

*UPDATE*

After Liberty Home Guard​ received this email, they called to inform me that since I purchased a new Refrigerator, they were no longer liable to pay anything on the claim.
I added Elite VIP on my policy, yes it cost more. I did this because they sold me on the fact that my claims would be processed immediately, and dispatched the same day. Never again will I trust anything this company says. SHAME ON LIBERTY HOME GUARD..... Also, when a manager called me, I could only understand half of what he was saying to me, and he didn't understand much of what I was saying. His English was so broken, I did ask for his Manager, and he said he was the highest manager..... I'm sure that was a lie.. I told him I will cancel my policy and make sure everyone knows just how horrible this company is.

"Either get a home warranty with Liberty or don’t get one at all. I’ve had a policy with pretty much every big name out there (AHS, Old Republic, First American, etc.) and honestly all create MORE of a headache than they’re worth besides Liberty. While, they’re definitely not perfect, they’ve actually saved me money and fix claims in days as opposed to the weeks it almost always takes with one of the other brands. I’ve had a policy with Liberty for about 18 months now and all 3 of my claims took days to complete, and I did not have to come out of pocket beyond my deductible."

Super thankful Liberty Home Guard!

"Super thankful to Tanya for her patience and help. I was really stressed because my oven broke and I was hosting people over the weekend. Luckily Tanya told me that they have a protocol exactly for this and she was able to get me a repairman marking the claim as emergency priority. 3 hours later he showed up at my door. Not only did he fix the oven, but since it was old I received a follow up from Liberty offering to replace the oven for a significant discount. The next week I opted for that replacement and had a brand new LG oven installed in my kitchen two weeks later. Thank you very much Tanya and Liberty Home Guard!

Thank you Liberty!!

"Based on my three years of being Liberty’s client, I believe their coverage has been worth every penny to us. In the last year alone, we have submitted 6 claims. Even though all were good, I’m writing this review because of my experience with my most recent two claims. On one, Ryan was able to save us an extra $250. The cost of the job to replace our heating went over the limitation and initially Liberty was going to pay around $2,000 and we were required to pay $350 for the overage. But Ryan went ahead and worked with his team to get the pricing down, he mentioned someone named Charlie who helped him. The contractor was willing to reduce his price to $2,100 all in, of which we only had to pay $100 and Liberty covered the remaining $2,000. We then had some unrelated electrical issues, so I requested Ryan who was able to get an electrician sent to my home the same day. The electrician was very knowledgeable, and he replaced 3 of our outlets in the master bedroom. Everything is working well in my home and I am happy. Thank you Liberty team and Ryan.

"We’ve worked with at least 5 different home warranty companies over the past 8 years and our recent claim with Liberty Home Guard was our best experience with a warranty company yet. We purchased a policy with them about 3 months ago, and last week I filed our 1st claim with them. We were contacted 30 minutes after I filed the claim online and the plumber arrived within 2 hours. So easy and quick."

"Dryer started giving us trouble, making all kinds of noise a few weeks ago. It finally got bad enough that I called Liberty. I’m happy I did because the next day a repairman was at my house to check it out. He actually came with spare parts and was able to fix the noise issue in this trip. Outside of my service call fee, I did not have to spend any more out of pocket."

"I had to call them six times this year and was not disappointed even once. Sure not every experience went perfectly but every single one was positive and covered! Only once did a technician have to reschedule and arrive late. They really did a great job making the process easy, communicating with you throughout via text and calling, and saving us money. All things that most home warranty companies tout but usually fail at all three. It was a pleasant and very unexpected surprise to see a company actually excel at all three. In my humble opinion, the service is definitely worth the price.

"For our first attempt at submitting a claim, I have to say it went well. Maybe it was beginners luck and if so, I 100% intend on updating this review. We needed help with our pool’s pump and heater, and the technicians Liberty sent diagnosed the problem and described in detail how it needed to be fixed. They explained that it was necessary for them to order a spare part. As promised, they came back 4 days later and completed the job"

Highly recommend!

"I was on the phone with Derek and he provided outstanding customer service, scheduling our washer repair in a matter of minutes. The tech who arrived finished the job in that visit and the washer has not had an issue since. This is our third time using the warranty and our past claims had similar, positive experiences. The most important thing to us has been speed of service, even if certain things are not covered and Liberty has excelled both at speed and coverage so far.

"The total home guard is one of the best investments I’ve ever made. We’ve had a few things in our home replaced or fixed and I’ve saved more than 200% of what I spent. If you are debating getting a home warranty, I don’t blame you as I’ve had bad experiences with past other companies but I do have to say my experiences with Liberty have been much better and different than the others. If you are going to get a home warranty I would definitely recommend going with them.

Great service!

"Liberty Home Guard has dispatched good repairmen on each of my four claims. We’ve had one claim on our Air Conditioner and three claims on appliances–washer/dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator and all we’re handled in one or two visits. The only claim that fell out of coverage was the refrigerator, but overall they saved me a few thousand dollars and their team has been competent–thank you Lorraine, Daniel, and Abigail. I am so satisfied with their service overall.
