We’ve had one claim on our Air Conditioner and three claims on appliances–washer/dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator and all we’re handled in one or two visits. The only claim that fell out of coverage was the refrigerator, but overall they saved me a few thousand dollars and their team has been competent–thank you Lorraine, Daniel, and Abigail. I am so satisfied with their service overall.

"Best home warranty provider by far. I’ve used four different companies in the past before Liberty and they were all far worse. Every claim would take weeks. Liberty has processed five of my claims and the longest one took, which was an entire replacement of my air conditioning system was eight days. They have strong customer ethics and are consistently competent. I have been their client for two years now and haven’t had any issues."

"I am very pleased with how Liberty Home Guard has done so far. While they are far from perfect, for example they sent me a stainless steel dishwasher instead of the white one I ordered, they do care about their customers (they ended up replacing it with a white one). Compared to my last two home warranty companies, they are really in a league of their own. Another example is that I had a problem with multiple outlets in my home and they sent an electrician the very same day. He quickly figured it out and fixed it within an hour, all expenses covered. I have just renewed with them and hope this positive experience will continue.

"For our first claim, the contractor that Liberty sent who repaired our oven was excellent. He did find some issues with the original installation done by a prior contractor. Luckily the contractor’s changes seemed to have been a permanent fix to the oven which has been working perfectly ever since his visit. I am satisfied so far but let’s see how future claims go with them."

When I had a problem with a 7-year-old washing machine, Liberty’s repairman was at our house a few days later and was able to fix the problem in 40 minutes. We had another claim with our HVAC system and unfortunately that technician said it needed to be completely replaced, which we kind of new as it was more than 20 years old. While that took 2 weeks, we understood it is a more complex job and Liberty ended up coming through saving us $4,000 on the new system.

"They do a great job with their service. Just a few days after purchasing our policy, our washing machine broke and they had a contractor at our house the next day. Unfortunately, because we were still in our holding period, they only covered half the cost to replace it but I personally think that was above and beyond since technically it was not supposed to be covered at all. We ended up saving $150 on that claim alone. They seem to be a company that really cares about its customers and is willing to go above and beyond, which we appreciate.

"I have been using Liberty home Guard for three years now, and they have come through every time I’ve needed them to, including 2 AC claims (two separate units) in two summers, which they replaced both central ACs. It took them 2 weeks to facilitate the entire replacement and overall the jobs were done well. My latest claim was on our oven and the repairman arrived the next morning after I filed the claim. He knew exactly what the problem was and he was in and out of my house, even after cleaning the area, in 45 minutes. Excellent service as always! Thank you, Liberty."

"The technicians they’ve sent to us have been quite attentive to detail. A small rubber cap fell off on our dishwasher and rolled under our oven. The technician spent an additional 15 minutes getting it out from under there to reapply it, even though it’s function was purely cosmetic. The staff at Liberty Home Guard’s call center is down-to-earth and easy to talk to. They understand the issues and are resourceful in finding the fastest ways to fix them.
