"I was very pleased with the shopping amd ordering experience. The parts have changes a little on our 20 year old chair but I think the upgraded parts will work. My grandson's Pyrenees chewed all the exposed wires off so I have to replace quite a few parts because of the proprietary plugs but I received everything I ordered and the parts look as if they will fit. I am thankful this company supports their products so faithfully."

I ordered the part that was provided to me via a link on 11/6/2023 and as of 11/21/2023 I haven’t received the part. I really need to get my chair repaired as I’ve had 7 spine surgeries and depend on my chair. Would have been nice to have been told they didn’t actually have the part when given the link to order from their site."
