"I placed an order for a lift chair with an understanding it would take 4-8 weeks, sooner for items that are in stock. I emailed the company for an update a month after ordering, they replied the new eta would be 4 mnths from the order date but to check back in a month for an update. I checked back, but took couple weeks for anyone to get back to me. Left emails and phone messages. I finally received an email saying it would now be 5 1/2 mnths from order date. When I did speak with anyone , they were professional and polite.
