Owner was rude and patronizing and told me a 12 year old should’ve been able to figure out how to attach a replacement part when the part they sent me was not the right one. Refused to offer me refund or solution and told me to email them and ask for refund then subsequently told me I’d be wasting my time if I did so. Repeatedly raised his voice at me unprompted and was aggressive and hostile. Avoid at all costs and support local businesses instead. The people running this company have no compassion or interpersonal skills and just want your money without providing a solution. I will not be purchasing anything from them again. "
