"KEN in customer service has 41 yrs experience with lift chairs. He helped me diagnose issue with Dad's lift chair. I hope the younger sales people take notes from him. 41 years, seriously? AWESOME. That type of help is unheard of today.

Well the diagnose did not work and the part Ken suggested did not fix the problem (I will need to return the push button hand control). Hopefully Ken returns my call and helps to continue to diagnose and get me the correct part. I left message yesterday afternoon.
