A delivery date was established, but as it approached, one of the items was holding up all the rest and I was informed that it would be at least r another 2 weeks. I was offered several alternatives but I chose to canceled the product holding up the order and receive my money back. The credit took some time to appear. Sylvia helped me by finding proof of the refund being processed. Yesterday the refund appeared on my credit card. Sylvia was a pleasure to work with. She responded to my emails quickly considering she is probably on the other side of the world from me and stuck with me while I waited for the refund to appear. "

The sandals I ordered took longer than expected to arrive and arrived damaged and the size was not only incorrect, they were NOT the size marked.
