Just be sure to check the size guide with clothes because all vendors are different, so you might be a Medium dress or a 2X depending on the retailer. I have some bath towels coming soon and normally those cost a fortune to ship, but with the Gold Membership it's always $4.95. "

"The only bad part of my experience with LitB is the slow speed of the return and exchange process. I'd mistakenly ordered the wrong size (my fault, not theirs) and needed an exchange, but it became just easier to accept a partial refund without returning (a surprisingly generous policy) and order the new one separately. The garment itself (a vest) is delightful, of course, and the company has an attitude for a positive customer service experience."

"I order two two shirts both in size medium a few days ago. Both came with M tag stating the size - however one was the proper medium but the other ( with M tag) was as described in their size chart an XXL. Contacted the company and after working with Soumaya - she resolved the problem. I keep the correct one and was refunded for the on wrong sized XXL.
The quality of the product is good and return was professional. Now the question is " Do I buy more and take the sizing challenge" I think I will - it could have been just a tagging problem."
