"Received 3 incorrect items, which was a surprise as it was the 1st of many orders I had an issue with. Concerned as many buyers had said return costs exceeded the item value. Submitted a ticket anyway to customer service, expecting little due to other poor reviews about returns. Received prompt response from Rui Machado, customer service advisor, who requested pictures. A day or so later I received confirmation from Rui & PayPal that a full refund had been issued & apologies & refund were gladly received.
