"I am excited to share my recent straightforward and easy exchange for a different colored dress with Light in the Box.,(,acronym LITB.) I had ordered a blue dress, but wanted to exchange it for a white dress.
My customer service rep was CORONCANIUS, who was prompt and efficient.
I re-packaged the blue dress to the address provided, and included my order number - then took photos of the package, and the postal receipt (regular postal service) with tracking number, $20, and sent the photos via email to CORONCANIUS.
Space does not permit remainder of story.
