"i was apprehensive about online shopping. i'm not a shopper, in general. The variety of clothing caught my eye as i was planning a vacation and wanted some new clothes for the trip. Light In The Box was a site i had seen before and thought i would try it. In checkout i forgot to select expedited shipping as we are leaving soon.
i contacted light In The Box the next day. NIKITA was my customer service agent i heard from within 24 hrs of filing my ticket, which was a big pleasant surprise.
Nikita was able to offer me expedited shipping at no extra cost due to the size of my order.
Dealing with LightInTheBox has been all thumbs up to date.
Customer Service is huge and they have nailed it.

Excellent co-operation and help from Eleonora in customer services

"My main reason for giving 5 stars is due to ELEONORA who is In customer services and dealt promptly with a complaint that I made. She was helpful kind and understanding and she replies very quickly. It was pleasant to deal with an employee who was all about the customer and solving the issue. My only gripe is not with her but I do think the company need to sort out some form of free delivery somehow because like I said I was going to be paying for delivery and then return (as my item was a little small) and unfortunately it then makes the item more expensive than you can buy elsewhere and that’s a shame because their clothing is well priced and fair quality (I’ve only tried their clothing so that’s all I could comment on) and especially if it doesn’t fit it’s then a waste of money. But having such a positive experience with ELEONORA has made me think I will be shopping here again. She’s definately a treasure and I am glad I dealt with her because she resolved my issue within a couple of hours and with no arguing…. Thank you ELEONORA!"

Items Purchased were too big'

"After Long Drawn out Email Conversations. I was eventually offered a Partial Refund. Which I accepted and will use to have some of the items I purchased Altered to hopefully fit me.. Thankyou for a reasonable solution.."

Hopeless delivery of o.no 64179934

"Satanic delivery with "Postnord" from LightIntheBox, where an oversized package is simply pressed into the letterbox opening.. and blocked for all subsequent mail delivery.. at the same time as it is "documented"; no one's home here.. so just break in. It was like this for a week - until I came home from holiday.
Postnord actually says that if the package is too large, it must be picked up at the nearest delivery point. It did not fetch.
This story overshadows everything else.
