"I ordered a XL mens army shirt from you about 2 weeks ago.
I got the shirt today and it wasn't even close to the size that I had ordered. It was like a small medium shirt with long sleeves. I couldn't even fit into it, and sleeves way to short. I looked at the size and it was a XL.
All the information about where it was made, the product was all in Japanese.
I sent email to them today and the process to return is a real mess.
So I would like to get my money back, but not worth all the hassle to get it shipped and then have my credit
I will NOT be shopping there any more, as I can't trust the product to be what I had ordered.

"I bought a dress from this company about 3 months ago. When it arrived, it was of poor quality and looked nothing like the picture. I didn't realise at the time that it had come from China. I tried to get a refund on my purchase, and they kept fobbing me off with credit notes. It took me 5 or 6 emails back and forth for them to acknowledge my request for a refund. I then had to send it back to China which cost me a further £18 postage and packaging, this was over a month ago. I have finally received my refund, as credit note which I now have to withdraw from the site and will take a further 3-4 working days.
When I took by parcel to the Post Office they said, 'I was the 4 person in that day with a similar story'."
