Great Customer Service

"By mistake, among other things, I ordered 2 dresses instead of one. As soon as I contacted Customer Service, their agent Mutlucan Maden was in charge and cancelled one of the dresses. Right away he notified me about the changes made to my order and issued a refund — I didn’t need to worry. It all was very easy and fast. Thank you, Mutlucan!"

Got LITB Customer Service? … YES, PLEASE!

"I was new to LITB and made my first order for a customized evening gown. I misread the delivery time for number of days, instead of number of business days. Thus, I realized there would be high probability that I would not get my dress in time for my event. So I emailed customer service to see if my order can be expedited. Fortunately I was helped by Alena. She understood my situation and my custom order dress. She worked with the tailor to expedite the making of my dress. Alena was very responsive and kept me informed. When my dress was complete, she expedited the shipping for me. Though we communicated only by email (and not knowing if we were in the same time zone), it was as if Alena was just a phone call away and that I've been working with her for a while. Thank you Alena! for making my fist order very pleasant (happy customer). I will sure be back to order more items, and definitely take advantage of the LITB custom ordering."

"I accidentally purchased the wrong items in my order, and I figured I would have to cancel and reorder. Nikita was able to help me swap out the items so that I can get what I originally ordered. "Youssef a pris en charge ma demande et à réglé le problème , je suis donc satisfaite sur ce point. Je déplore juste qu’il n’y ait pas de point relais lorsque nous voyons rendre un article qui ne convient. Il faut le retourner au dépôt en Chine et les frais de retour sont très chers "

Golf Shirt purchase

"I bought a couple of golf shirts from the Ador website and when they arrived, the sizes were not as I was expecting.
Despite the size chart the shirts were too small
I asked for an exchange and was prepared to return the garments.
However, Youssef in Customer service asked me not to return the garments ( as they would need returning to the Far East - which has its own issues ) and applied a generous discount to my order for replacement garments.
So, whilst I have probably spent more than I intended on two shirts, the responsiveness from Youssef was very good and I have a reasonable resolution
