"Light in the Box is one of my favorite places to shop, but it is online, and items not always fit right as for sizing and designs. Their customer service is helpful here and there but on one particular order Samira was helping me along the process for many days, guiding and suggesting good solutions, it was impressive how helpful and caring the support was. I had a large order I received almost all items, and except for 1 they fit perfectly, I didn't before have such a success with orders in area of right match of sizes."

"This review is strictly for the customer service. Unfortunately the product I ordered was not the correct size even though I bought according to the specified size chart. When I first contacted customer service through their automated system, I was sent a list of things I needed to do in order to prove that the product was the wrong size. I am going to be perfectly honest, I was not in the mood to take pictures of a measuring tape against the clothing to prove indeed the size was not going the size I needed, especially when I was told that the product would then have to be sent back to China. I even went to the post office to check on the pricing and was quickly disillusioned when the cost to send the product back was greater than the cost of the goods purchased. I stated that I was not impressed with the process of return especially when I had followed the size chart for my order in the beginning and that I would be thinking hard about buying from LITB in the future. I this while I was dealing with Alejandro, from customer service and we eventually came to an understanding because he said that LITB would not want me to be unhappy so would I be willing to compromise. I said that I would and we came up with a solution. Thank you Alejandro."

"I have a mixed feelings for this review as my first impression for the order was horrible because it took more than 3 months to deliver and multiple follow up correspondences with multiple entities. My second impression however was good because the complaint was addressed professionally and resolution was given though it was not my responsibility to coordinate with multiple service providers but it eventually helped and I received my order after paying additional 50% of the order cost."

"The parcel we ordered could not be delivered by the delivery company. They claimed that the address was impossible to find which is not true because packages are delivered daily at that address. The delivery company sent the package back to Light in the box, even after me calling them and giving directions by phone.
I filed a complaint to light in the box and I have to say that Youssef personally made sure that my package arrived after all.
